A post-master named Dilip Kumar re-locates to work in Mutharamkunnu. Once there, he sets about to meet the local residents and finds out that they are obsessed with wrestling. He meets with a proud and retired wrestler, Kuttan Pillai, and subsequently gets smitten by his daughter, Amminikutty.
