US Army Investigator John Murphy (now a Lieutenant, although he was a Major in the previous Base movie) has been sent to look into a series of suspicious deaths that have been going on under the watch of Colonel Strauss. After going undercover and infiltrating Strauss’s unit, Murphy discovers that Strauss and his men are leading a vigilante gang to dispense ‘justice’ to those they feel have been wrongly acquitted of various crimes.

The Aurora
Deep-sea archeologist Hiroshi Ibuki is the member of the digging team working at the bottom of the sea hoping to uncover the origins of Earth’s existence but instead uncovers a mysterious colony of bacteria which gives off light similar to the Aurora Borealis. The ancient bacteria, once revived, attempt to make the world habitable for themselves – a process that would bring Earth back to its early primal form, killing all current life in the process.

Digimon Adventure 3D: Digimon Grand Prix! was first shown in July 2000 in Sanrio Puroland and in Sanrio’s character theme park Haromy Land. The movie was later rerun at Toei’s anime festival “Tobidasu! 3D Toei Anime Matsuri” on 03.10.2009. Together with Digimon Savers 3D: Digital World Kiki Ippatsu!, and 2 other CG anime works by Toei, it was released on DVD on 21.02.2010.
