“Spring Symphony” is the story of Robert Schumann and Clara Wieck. Both were music entities. Robert Schumann turns out to have been a second tier composer, if that, never rising to the heights of a Beethoven or Mozart. In contrast, Clara Wieck was a master technician in the playing of the piano, a composer (probably not at Schumann’s level), and was a child prodigy.

Maria’s Son
A young journalist comes across interesting report material: talented marine engineer Maria died while on duty. Her story turns out to be quite a puzzle though – people who knew her are not willing to share much. Trying to make them speak, the journalist presents himself as her son. He hopes to dig up the truth about her and spares no effort, ending up at the bureau for investigation. The report he’s writing never gets published but his belief system certainly gets challenged.

A dacoit named Lakhan Pal kidnaps a girl called Chandrika. He tries to rape her along with his gang members. Chandrika bites Lakhan’s hand and applies his blood on her forehead making him her husband so that he protects her. They have a son Sunil. When his gang is attacked Lakhan escapes with his family to his wife’s father’s place. He gives up being a criminal but years later it still affects Sunil.
